Yes I have been down this road before ,the only way to get this done is to use some heat on the bolt and also center drill that bolt out a bit to give it a recessed divet so when you use a punch on it to pound it out it stays in the center of the bolt also use a punch thats as close to the size of the bolt as possible because its going to take alot of force to pound it out .It will take alot of heat so watch out for the rubber under the mount, it may start to melt or possibly start on fire ,but when you get it apart just replace the rubber because their cheap .Also you have 2 steal bushing in that housing that may need replaced WHEN you do get it apart .Hopefully this will help you out a bit.
