LED Accent Lights (Joe Florida)

Greetings from ledaccentlights.net , or more commonly known Joe Florida LED lights.
in support of this site, we also link back to bring our customers into your social site.

We started selling LEDs for snowmobiles a couple years ago after seeing how expensive the dedicated snowmobile lighting websites were. In some cases, we were seeing $300 just for an engine bay lighting kit and we felt that there was a market for leds of comparable brightness and coverage that could cost a lot less.

Up until last year, we sold single leds packets (5, 10, 20, etc.) which were single strand kits. We also sold Pods as well, a common low cost LED product that can be found everywhere on the net. We had a pretty good response on those products, but they were not really designed with the snowmobiler specifically in mind. This year, we browsed around the web, asked past customers how they felt about their installations, and polled some forums about what they would like to see for features and for cost.

What we came up is is a set of products that we believe his the price point and features that people are looking for.

Let me give you a quick break down of the features and reasoning behind the kit.

Deluxe Multi-Color Remote Kit (requires 12V DC power):
The deluxe kit is aimed at the person who wants it all. A light show, no sled modifications needed, and expandability.
- Multi-Color
  people wanted to be able to change colors to suit their sled, or future sleds
- Remote Controller w/ remote key fobs
  people did not want to cut their dash or have to open panels to turn on the lights
  The controller changes colors and effects in this kit as well
- Snap Connectors
  people needed/wanted to be able to expand their kits and/or be able to unhook to get things out, like Belts.
- Expandability
  people wanted to be able to easily (snap connectors) add on shock well lighting, running boards, etc.
- Reasonable Cost
  While OUR most expensive snowmobile kit, it is not our most expensive kit overall.
  We put in enough lighting to give you the look you want without over-saturating you in unneccessary light.
  We are also prices 25%-50% less than most competitors with 100% satisfaction policies.
Single Color Remote Kit (requires 12V DC power):
The Single color Remote kit is designed to give you the things you want at a considerable savings.
- Single-Color
  While not as fancy as the multi-color, we use the same Gel Flex strips.
  Choose from Blue, Green, Red, Yellow , Purple, White and Orange
- Remote Controller w/ remote key fobs
  people did not want to cut their dash or have to open panels to turn on the lights
  The controller changes colors and effects in this kit as well
- Wire Connectors
  One place where the savings comes in this kit is wire connectors.
  Tiy give up a little of your time to solder/crimp the wires instead of the snap connectors.
  Result? 30% reduction on the kit cost.
- Expandability
  As always, it can be expanded. But it requires a cut and re-solder/crimp.
  This is no different than a majority of kits available on the web, but not quite as convenient as the snap connectors.
Single Color inline On/Off Switch Kit:
The Single color on/off kit is designed to save you money but get you lit up.
- No 12V battery needed
  Save weight and get rid of the requirement for 12V battery.
  You can use 9V leads from Radioshack or Tamiya Battery Trays found on the web.
- Single-Color
  While not as fancy as the multi-color, we use the same Gel Flex strips.
  Choose from Blue, Green, Red, Yellow , Purple, White and Orange
- On/Off switch
  For those that want bare bones installation
- Wire Connectors
  One place where the savings comes in this kit is wire connectors.

  Result? 30% reduction on the kit cost.
- Expandability
  As always, it can be expanded. But it requires a cut and re-solder/crimp.

Additionally, we still have the tried and true full custom installation options of the pods and the single LED strands.

You'll need to check in your state.

- Some states they are legal all the time,
- some states they are only legal as solid colors and no flashing,
- some states they are legal only while parked and not while moving.

Please be aware that exposed bulb pods are NOT for exterior use. Ice pack will blow them up fast.

The Gel Strip kits are for exterior use and were tested extensively last year. They held up great.

Didn't you just have the pods. Pods will not last on the exterior of a sled.
Did the gel strips fail? If so, we would like to know why. We had awesome feedback on the gel strips, but if they have a flaw we want to address it.
